CPR Training

Peoples Care is an instructor through the American Heart Association, ensuring that participants receive high-quality education and certification. Upon successful completion of the course, individuals will receive a two-year certification, demonstrating their competence in lifesaving techniques.

The CPR training covers the following key areas:

  • Adult, Child, and Infant CPR: Participants will learn how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation on patients of all ages, including the appropriate techniques for high-quality chest compressions and rescue breaths.

  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Use: Training includes instruction on how to properly use an AED, understanding its functions, and recognizing when it is appropriate to use the device on a victim experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.

  • Choking Relief: Techniques for relieving choking in adults, children, and infants will be addressed, equipping participants with the skills needed to respond effectively in these emergencies.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS): The course provides an overview of basic life support skills, emphasizing the importance of early recognition of emergency situations and prompt action.

Participants will gain not only the knowledge required to perform CPR but also confidence in their ability to respond to cardiac emergencies, making a meaningful difference in life-threatening situations.
